A wonderful lidded pot from The Garrison Pottery of Sunderland. Richly decorated in pink lustre and monochrome flower sprigs, featuring a hand coloured transfer of The Mariners Arms and  The Sailors Tear verse surrounded by a coloured garland.

Circa 1840

Approx - 4.5 inches Dia x (115mm) dia x 5 inches (125mm) tall.

In very good condition throughout.
