Description:

A lustre bowl from Moore & Co of Sunderland, with an impressed mark to the base, featuring overpainted transfers of 'A Frigate in Full Sail' 'An East View of the New Bridge Sunderland' "May They Ever Be United' and on the outer side 'The Sailors Return' another 'May They Ever Be United' and a maritime verse within a flowered garland.

Circa 1860

Approx - 9 inches (230mm) dia  x  4 inches (100mm) tall.

In good condition save nibbles to base and hairlines from rim.
