A small jug, well decorated with flower transfers on the inner and outer neck and spout, typical of this Sunderland Pottery.
Featuring a maritime ditty surrounded by a garland and, on the reverse, a named image go Hope with a bared breast.
Circa 1840
Approx - 3.75 inches (95mm) tall
In good condition throughout save a re-stuck handle.
