Description:

A striking figure, powerful in its representation of St George spearing the dragon. A sharp and crisp model, the dragon's scales particularly tactile. Mounted on an oval base with gilt lines and raised capitals. Exquisitely decorated with fine, vibrant colours. A stunning piece!

Circa 1850-60

Approx - 12 inches (300mm) tall.

In good condition some restoration to the spear tip & hand, the black enamels retouched and there's  a nibble to the horses ear.
