Description:

A vivid, well decorated mug from a Tyneside pottery, featuring pink lustre banding, yellow and green decoration around the verse and the iconic green dashes synonymous with the areas potteries. The ditty refers to the value of love and friendship.

Circa 1840

Approx - 4 inches (100mm) tall.

In very good condition throughout save for a tiny nibble to the bottom of the handle.
